About me

I began my real estate career over 30 years ago in Dallas, Texas working for a national real estate investment company specializing in the marketing and sale of portfolio assets and in the structuring of various types of financing packages.   In 1998, I moved to the Hudson Valley where I continued as a real estate broker handling commercial real estate transactions that included office and retail leasing, development and ownership of income-producing properties, sales and refurbishing of shopping centers, industrial and manufacturing buildings. I have also handled dozens of residential transactions, with an emphasis on high-end homes and large parcels of land for residential development.
